Service Description

The process of the purchase and sale of a property can be self-explanatory, it is the purchase, sale, and transfer of ownership of a property from one party to another. Once your real estate transaction is firm and there are no longer any contingencies, we receive the contract of purchase and sale from either your realtor or yourself. Our team will gather the necessary documentation required to complete your transaction. Upon completing and notarizing of all required documents, the transfer of title and exchange of funds will occur including the receipt of keys through your realtor. Our role is to prepare and accurately process all relevant legal paperwork and verifying that all funds are dispersed to the appropriate party/parties.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. A $50 non-returnable fee will be charged for any cancelations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. Only one reschedule will be permitted per client given you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. A $15 non-returnable rescheduling fee will be charged for any rescheduling unless you have contacted us 48 hours or more prior to the time of your appointment.
