A deed, a legal instrument used in the transfer title and ownership of property, is used for real estate in Florida, you sign a deed when conveying or transferring the property to the new owner. Upon completing and notarizing of all required documents, the transfer of title will occur. If this is a family transfer, it may be eligible for certain exemptions from the property transfer tax. If your transaction qualifies for an exemption, we will oversee that the exemptions get filed appropriately prior to your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. A $50 non-returnable fee will be charged for any cancelations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. Only one reschedule will be permitted per client given you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. A $15 non-returnable rescheduling fee will be charged for any rescheduling unless you have contacted us 48 hours or more prior to the time of your appointment.
