Service Description

This is when a person takes out two loans for one property. most of the time the first loan will cover approximately 80% while the second loan covers another 10% and the remaining 10% must come out of the person’s pocket.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. A $50 non-returnable fee will be charged for any cancelations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. Only one reschedule will be permitted per client given you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. A $15 non-returnable rescheduling fee will be charged for any rescheduling unless you have contacted us 48 hours or more prior to the time of your appointment.
